Basketball strength and condition-specific training. Here at Top Notch we recognize the importance of developing the whole athlete where just skills work is not enough to take the players to the next level. Increasing an athletes ability comes from strengthening their upper body, lower body and core. A player's athleticism is their foundation to their game. Our program is basketball specific strength and conditioning for all ages.

 

You must train accordingly, that mimics the sport of basketball which is aerobic & anaerobic.
