The Mountain View Toros summer baseball program is designed to develop the skills of baseball players that are attending or will be attending Mountain View High School through a combination of practice and games. This summer program is consistent with the philosophy of the high school program and is coached by members of the high school coaching staff.

All returning players are highly encouraged to participate in the Toros summer program. Rostered players are expected to attend all practices and games. We will support players that are involved in other athletic programs, proper planning and communication is the key for dual participation to be successful.

Cost: 16U $1050; 18U $1250 Swing Players are $1,150

The summer player fee covers tournament fees, umpire fees, baseballs, field maintenance, insurance, coaching stipends, spirit pack (shorts, hat, practice t-shirt, game jerseys, socks, belt).

Deadline to pay: June 6th (If there is more time that families need, this needs to be communicated immediatley to Coach Schneidt)

Schedules: Will be posted to www.mvbbid.com (tournament/travel schedules are there now)

Players are responsible for their own transportation and lodging. Blocks of rooms will be communicated to our Toro families. Families are not required to stay at the team hotel, but it is usually more enjoyable for players and families if we are together when traveling. Hotel information will be posted on the website very soon.

Parents are expected to help at home games (just like high school). We will need help with the press box, concession stand, and gate. We co-host two competitive tournaments with Centennial High School, these tournaments will require a lot of parental help.
