SNCMBA Transfer Eligibility

Southern Nevada Connie Mack Baseball Teams will be made up of High School Zoned participants.  Each team will be made up of players that are zoned from their existing (current high school students) or entering high school (students entering high school in their registered zone). 

If a player would like to participate for any other Southern Nevada Connie Mack team, outside of his zoned high school, that player must first apply for this waiver form.  In order for that player to play for any other Southern Nevada Connie Mack team, outside of his zone, he must receive approving signatures from both the existing (zoned) head coach, in addition to the new (receiving) Connie Mack head coach.  If both coaches sign the waiver form, then that player will be approved to play for the Southern Nevada Connie Mack team outside of his designated zone.  If both coaches do not sign the waiver form, then that player has the right to take his grievance to the local Southern Nevada Connie Mack Board.  The existing board members (9) will then determine that players’ eligibility and will either approve or deny the request. 

If a player signs the waiver form and then moves on to another Southern Nevada Connie Mack baseball team, that player must then complete that season with the new team.  That player will not be allowed to return to the original team, or any other Southern Nevada Connie Mack team after filing the waiver form and transferring.  Once that full season has been completed, the player then has the ability to transfer back to the original team, or any other Southern Nevada Connie Mack team.  That player would then initiate the original process by filing a waiver form.
