East Angels Football Team - Volunteer Opportunities

Please help support our student athletes and your East Angels football team by getting involved. We have plenty of volunteer needs and welcome everyone’s help. If you can help out or need more information click the links below or send an email to: [email protected].

Fundraising

Throughout the year we do a number of fundraisers to financially support the team. Fundraisers include business sponsorships, game day concessions, restaurant nights, direct email fundraisers, and player outreach to name a few. If you have any questions about fundraising or would like to help, please contact us at [email protected].

Team Dinners

Each week during the season we provide a healthy meal for the entire team. Team dinners are held in the East Commons or Carla Madison Rec Center and volunteers are needed to provide the meal, serve, and clean-up. Not only do we provide a great meal, we also provide the opportunity for the entire team to build comradery and thank our coaches for their dedication. For questions, please contact [email protected].

Concession and Merchandise Sales

Plenty of volunteers are needed to sell concessions and East football merchandise at the varsity and JV home games. We would love for JV parents to cover varsity games and varsity parents to cover JV games, so we can all watch our kids play. Sign-ups for 2024 season are here: JV & Varsity. For more information, contact [email protected].

Pre-Game Snacks

Our players need good snacks in order to play their best on game days. We need donations of non-perishable snacks and Gatorade for games.  Please donate energy bars, granola bars, nuts, etc. to help fuel our boys on game day. Sign-ups for 2024 season are here: JV | Varsity. For more information, contact [email protected].

Game Video

Help our JV and varsity teams by filming their weekly games. The ability to review game film at practice the following week is important and very helpful for overall team development. Sign-ups for the 2024 season are here: JV | Varsity. For more information, contact [email protected].

End-of-Season Banquet

We end each football season with a wonderful celebration at our annual banquet. Plenty of help is needed with coordinating food, decorations, senior gifts, etc. The senior parents lead the planning committee for the banquet, but many people are needed to help pull off the event. For more information, contact [email protected].
