Our Athletic Director, Mark Schroeder, has provided our weight room with state of the art equipment to maximize player development in speed, stregnth, and athleticism. Our student-athletes have weight room 6 days a week, where we implement a legs/push/pull split performed with a stregnth emphasis in the first half of the week and a power emphasis in the second half. Our main focus is to increase muscular stregnth, endurance, athleticism, and explosiveness. We also perform agility drils prior to lifting weights which focuses on improving speed, agility, footwork, and endurance. Coach Barrett is a certified personal trainer, and he has 2 years experience working full time as a sport-specific trainer where he trained a countless number of NCAA Division 1 athletes as well as professional athletes prior to working for Quakerdale. All exercise workouts are ran by Coach Barrett.
