    • Calf Raise
    • Front Squat
    • Hamstring Curl
    • Hip Adduction
    • Leg Extension
    • Lower Back Extension
  • Core Exercises (3 x 30 seconds each)
    • Clamsheels (each side)
    • Fire Hydrant (each side)
    • Plank
    • Side Plank
    • Russian Twists
    • Dead Bug
