Who: Any boy or girl, grades 3rd - 8th, wanting to take their athleticism to the next level.

​​​​​​​Training:  3 Days a Week (M/T/TR)

Focus: Speed, Agility, Conditioning, Flexibility, Strength, Power, Explosion

Dates:   June 3rd - July 25th
