DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR MEN'S: AUG 22, 2025


TEAM FEES:
$550 PER TEAM
MIN 10 PLAYERS
(each additional player $50/player)

 


STEP 1:

THEN E-TRANSFER FEES TO salaamcup@gmail.com

AND ENSURE IN THE MESSAGE IT STATES "Softball Tournament - Team Name or GMs name"

Reminder: 
This is a Muslim-only tournament. All registrants MUST be of the Islamic faith (ie. any sect). Just having a Muslim-sounding name, hanging around Muslims or just thinking about becoming Muslim are not good enough reasons.


 

STEP 2: BECOME A MEMBER OF PLAY SLO-PITCH (FOR ALL PLAYERS)
  1. Go to https://playslopitch.com 
  2. If you already have a login:   
    • Sign in and confirm your membership level. It must be ALL-ACCESS ANNUAL PASS. 
    • If it is not, click on your e-mail address. 
    • Click on Upgrade Membership
    • Click on 
    • Click Register and proceed through checkout.  
  3. If you do not have a login:  
    • Look for 'Dont have an account? Sign up'
    • It will take you to a Become a Member page. 
    • Fill in all required fields and continue.
    • You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with a link to continue the registration process. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail.
    • Enter your personal information, including date of birth and highest level played, and set your password.
    • Agree to Release, Waiver, and Indemnity Agreement, you can register as a PLAY SLO PITCH MEMBER. 
    • Select ALL-ACCESS ANNUAL PASS MEMBER.
    • Once you've completed your registration and show as an Active member, share your member number with your team captain.


STEP 4: CREATING A NEW TEAM (FOR CAPTAINS ONLY)

  1. Go to https://playslopitch.com and login to your account. 
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Create Team
  3. Enter Team Name 
  4. Enter Team Type - League and/or Tournament Team
  5. Enter Division - Men's E / Women's E 
  6. Click Next 
  7. Click on Add Member
  8. Search using Players Member Number or E-mail. Press Search
  9. Click on Players Name and Press Add Member.


STEP 5: TEAM REGISTRATION ON PLAY SLO-PITCH PORTAL (FOR CAPTAINS ONLY)

  1. Go to https://playslopitch.com
  2. Once you're logged in, Click on  Events
  3. Click on Event Registration 
  4. Search for Event - "Salaam Cup"
  5. Click once on the event - "2024 Men's/Women's Salaam Cup Softball Tournament"
  6. Click Register - You'll see General Information about the event.
  7. Scroll Down and Click Register 
  8. Click on your Team Name and then click Select Team
  9. Select Division - Men's 16+ Open / Women's 16+ Open 
  10. Check off the Players that will be participating. All players must be ALL-ACCESS ANNUAL PASS MEMBERS to participate. If they do not have this membership, have them login and click on their e-mail address in the upper right corner of the screen. A menu will drop down for them to select Upgrade Membership. 
  11. Click Next
  12. Click Home. Under My Team Registrations, confirm that '2024 Men's/Women's Salaam Cup Softball Tournament' is listed.
