Summer Hockey Strength & Conditioning Camp
June 5th - August 3rd , 2023
GBS Hockey Camp - 2023

The TSP Development Camp will focus on:

Total Body Strength and Power
Speed - Agility - Acceleration and Deceleration
Proper Movement Patterns
Joint Mobility and Stability
Injury Potential Reduction

Camp Design:

Athletes will begin with completing metric testing to create a starting baseline and will be retested at the end of the camp to evaluate improvement
60 Minute sessions that will be designed to increase overall athleticism (speed, strength, power coordination, and more) to prepare for the upcoming season.
Supplementation packages may be available for purchase in addition to the camp (more info to follow).
◦ A few outdoor sessions may take place at local field or park to focus on conditioning and team building.

Scheduling:

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate every individual’s schedule and hope that you can find time for this valuable training.
Cancellations, refunds, and make-up sessions will not be allowed, please plan accordingly.
Athletes need to be ON TIME and be consistent. This is the only way to be successful and achieve a higher
level of athleticism and mental toughness needed to be an elite hockey player and be part of an elite hockey
TEAM.

Pricing:
$650 - 4 sessions per week - (60 minutes)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday

Sessions will be:

3:30-4:30 – Fr/Soph
5:45-6:45 – Jr/Sr

Session assignments may change based on ice-time groups. Coach Phillbin and staff will
determine this.

New for 2021 GBS Varsity Hockey home and away games will be live radio broadcast by GBS Alumni Dylan Ward and current GBS student Casey Kraabel. Listen to live web broadcasts on the South Hockey Radio Network, the Home of Titans Varsity games. Look for pre and post game shows that will including interviews with players and coaches.
