Camarillo High School’s athletic program strives to be a learning environment where students develop the work ethic, citizenship, and team building skills necessary for success in all aspects of their adult lives.

The Scorpion Athletic Booster Club (SABC) was formed with the mission to help raise funds for Adolfo Camarillo High School Athletics in support of our student athletes on all 22 Scorpion teams.

This is the form your Physician must sign. It is then uploaded to the above website in order to complete your Athletic Registration

You must register your athlete through this website before any activity. The Athletic Clearance Form below is for the physican's portion which can be uploaded after completion.

Also called the Transportation Form, this provides information to ACHS which allows you to transport students in your vehicle.

The ACHS Athletic Department Community Service Athlete Program. Earn 40 hours of Community Service to receive a special "patch" for your Letterman jacket.
