2017 Screamin Seamen Softball

The 2017 Spring season is behind us, the Screamin Seamen finished the season with the best record in the league and with the number one seed in the playoffs fought hard until they faced off against the Salt Dogs. As the only two remaning undefeated teams in the tournament they started a late 9 pm game that was sure to be exciting, with the winners advancing to the championship game. But due to some unfortunate injuries on the opposing team, that gamed ended up lasting late into the night and those injuries motivated the Salt Dogs to a win and droped the Seamen down into the losers brackets.  Then a couple nights later the Seamen had to fight through Marine United to get back into the championship game. The Screamin Seamen were not to be denied, with outstanding defense all night they limited their opponents to just 9 runs over the course of 3 games to bring home another CHAMPIONSHIP

having been apart of this team since 2004, and playing with some great guys over the years, its easy to say this team ranks right up with the best, and I hope we continue that success going into the summer league
