By registering my child for the Superstars Gymnastics Camp, I hereby authorize the Directors and Administrators of Superstars Gymnastics Camp, to act for me according to their best judgement in any case of emergency requiring medical release, exonerate, discharge and hold harmless the camp and its' employees and/or contractors from any and all actions or cause of actions, known or unknown, for any injuries incurred while at camp, or the way to and/or from camp. Fees may only be cancelled 30 days in advance of the first day of camp to be entitled to a refund of registration and/or deposit money. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by mail or by email by Superstars Gymnastics Camp. A medical release form must also be signed at the time of check-in; by registering for Superstars Gymnastics Camp, I agree to complete this form prior to my child participating. A behavior code will be outlined at the commencement of each session of the camp and any child who violates this code will be removed from camp and their registration fee will not be refunded.
