Welcome to PBYAA's 2025 Spring NFL Flag!

 

We want to welcome you & inform you of some important information for the upcoming season.

 

This season’s NFL Combine is scheduled for Saturday, 02/21/2026

 

Location: Veterans Memorial Park - Palm Bay

2201 Port Malbar Blvd

Palm Bay, FL 32905

*All practices and games will also be held at Veterans Memorial Park*

 

ALL PAYMENT PLANS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOU ARE CHECKED IN! 

CHECK IN TIMES WILL BE EMAILED TO THE REGISTERED EMAIL AT LEAST 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE.

 

**Please note, if you are unable to make the combine, but are registered before the combine; your child will still be placed on a team! If you cannot make it, please do not worry!**

 

After their scheduled combine time, the coaches will meet & pick their players in the draft! Once this is complete then you will be notified by your coach of the team you were “drafted” to be on. 

Each team will have their own group to be used for communicating throughout the season! This will be done through an app called BAND, which is free for you to download & create an account! 

 

Practices will begin on Monday, 02/23/2026 at 6pm

We are offering a payment plan for NFL Flag. You MUST make the second payment no later than the morning of the Combine, Feb. 21st, 2026 before the start time of 9am. Anyone who fails to make the second payment before the Combine, will not be allowed to participate in the NFL Flag Season and WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND.

Waiver of Liability
I, the parent or legal guardian of the registered named minor child, give my approval for the said minor child to participate in any Palm Bay Youth Athletic Association activities, including transportation to and from any league sponsored events. I understand that participation in flag football, tackle football or cheerleading may result in serious injuries and that the required protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to the participant. I do waive, release, abscise indemnity and agree to hold harmless the City of Palm Bay, Palm Bay Youth Athletic Association, NFL Flag, the organization, Coaches, Team parents, Referees, Sponsors, Supervisors, Participants and any person transporting my child to and from activities for any claim arising out of injury to my child own result of negligence or for any other cause except to the extent and in the amount covered by applicable accident and liability insurance.

 
Parent Commitment to PBYAA
I realize that the Palm Bay Youth Athletic Association is a not for profit organization dedicated to providing quality team sports program for being a member of this association. I understand that I am required to volunteer to the best of my abilities for various activities, including concession duties and all fundraising activities when asked​.
IF I DO ​NOT PARTICIPATE IN MY ASSIGNED SCHEDULED ACTIVITY, MY
CHILD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NEXT SCHEDULED GAME TIME.

 
 
PBYAA 3-STRIKE RULE

PBYAA has a strict 3-Strike Rule that has gone into effect as of January 1, 2025. 

This rule is in effect to every player, coach, team parent, volunteer, parent/legal guardian, board member or spectator and is designed to protect PBYAA and also the children associated with the league from habitual problems. There will be up to 3 verbal or written warnings given to a person before said person is removed from all PBYAA functions WITHOUT A REFUND. Please note; the President, Vice President and Board of Directors has the right to determine if a circumstance is severe enough for  dismissal from the league from one offense.

 
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

The PBYAA Board of Directors shall have the authority to monitor and enforce this social media Policy. The PBYAA Board of Directors, and any individual appointed by the PBYAA President shall have the authority to remove any inappropriate or offensive comments from official PBYAA sites and to block any individual or organization from posting on any official PBYAA social media platform if they determine, in their sole discretion, that such removal or block is in the best interest of PBYAA. The failure of any PBYAA Member to adhere to this social media Policy shall be considered a violation of the PBYAA Code of Conduct, and any PBYAA Member who fails to adhere to this social media Policy shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of such individual’s involvement in PBYAA, in accordance with the PBYAA Disciplinary Procedures.
