Shanahan comes to us in 2009 a little broken. He had surgery in the off season on his shoulder and may be limited to EH throughout the year. He will help us offensively as he gets used to wood bats. He is a great offensive power and will provide the middle of the lineup with punch. Chris had a solid 2010 batting .483, driving in 12 runs during the regular season and providing solid defense in the field and behind the dish. Chris was selected to All Star team in 2010. If Chris committed to this league he would be among offensive leaders in the league.
