Welcome to the BAMBUU League Website
The Boston Amateur Men's Baseball Union was founded by Dan Weldon with the purpose of bringing an amateur baseball league to Boston for gentleman that were over 18 years old that wanted to take part in a competitive league, but could not meet the rigors and demands of the notable leagues in town at the time such as the Yawkey, Intercity, and Park Leagues. In 2010 the BAMBUU league joined forces with the ECABL to expand the league throughout Greater Boston. The BAMBUU league owes a lot to Dan for overseeing the league and building it up to the success that it is today. League information is listed below.

League Highlights:
2019 Road to the Ship:
The North End Dodgers were the best team all season long. They were able to finish the season on top after a big scare from the Leash in the semi-final round of the playoffs. Throughout the season the Boston Blue Jays rode their youth and athleticism through a fantastic regular season. The Jays were able to earn a first round bye. They knocked off the defending champion Milton Fighting Irish in two games.
The Dodgers have their sights set on Repeating and the Jays have their sights set on Revenge. In a shortened season in 2020 due to the pandemic anything can happen. Nobody should ount out the Irish. They have been there and done that. They return a core of veterans that know how to win big games. The Bandits and the Leash are new look teams that can't be counted out either. Its a sprint to the finish this year, It's going to be tough to predict who carries the BAMBUU cup in late August !
