Quick Facts and Instructions

Signs Quick Facts:

  • Gym ($250 per year)
  • Signs are good for 1 calendar year.
  • The Chiles gym is a community facility with year-round use and exposure.  See the Chiles calendar at www.chiles.leon.k12.fl.us for a schedule of events.
  • The gym seating capacity is 4500, and is used regularly for local and statewide meetings, community and sporting events.

Sign sponsorship submissions:

  • Must be accompanied by an ONLINE Chiles Volleyball sign form (available on the Chiles volleyball website:  www.chilesvolleyball.com click: Fundraisers)
  • Artwork should be sent directly to:
    1. chilesvolleyball@gmail.com
    2. Subject: Chiles Gym Sign Artwork

Game Day Program Quick Facts:

  • Advertising options: $75/quarter, $100/half, or $175 full page
  • 500 copies of the Program will be printed and available at all volleyball home games, camps and tournaments and FREE OF CHARGE
  • Artwork must be uploaded to the Ad Form

Ad sponsorship preferred submission and formats: 

  • Ads must be accompanied by an ONLINE Chiles Volleyball Ad form form (available on the Chiles volleyball website:  www.chilesvolleyball.com click: Fundraisers)
  • Email existing/pre-designed ad artwork (“high quality” .JPEG or .Docx file)
  • Ads and artwork will be submitted by using the online order form and sent directly to the program designers.

 

2025 PROGRAM DEADLINES

All Ads/Sign money and orders are due AUGUST 14, 2025—No extensions due to printing/production time

 

Payment will be made online when form is submitted.
