Coach Roman Hill grew up playing lacrosse in the Fort Erie Minor system and eventually playing as Warlord. He made the transition to Coach in 2017 where he made his return to Fort Erie. He would spend his time Developing the player talent to prep for Jr B lacrosse. In his third year and second as a Head Coach, Hill would take home Zone 9 Coach of The Year in 2018.  Hill came on board with the Gens as a goalie coach the following year. Coach Hill takes a lot of pride in his lacrosse roots and knowledge. “I want this club to be the destination to play,” replied Hill. “ We have the right kind of owner, the right locker room, we have a lot of staff in place already that have a lot of heart, but a lot of tradition in this arena and I want us to get back to our roots. It starts from the top down and being accountable. I look forward to playing with passion and heart. I look forward to building a family.”
