2026 Player Registration Form(click for link)

This form must be completed to participate in any MJBO-sanctioned event including, but not limited to, player Tryouts, fundraisers, meetings, practices, or games!

MINOR DIVISION $375 - 2nd/3rd/4th grade - Any youth enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade for the 2025/26 school year, is eligible for participation in the Minor Division of Junior Baseball for the 2026 season.

JUNIOR DIVISION $400 - 5th/6th grade - Any youth enrolled in 5th or 6th grade for the 2025/26 school year, is eligible for participation in the Junior Division of Junior Baseball for the 2026 season.

SENIOR DIVISION $450 - 7th/8th grade - Any youth enrolled in 7th or 8th grade for the 2025/26 school year, is eligible for participation in the Senior Division of Junior Baseball for the 2026 season.

Tryout Dates: February 28th and March 1st 2026

Location: MHS Varsity Baseball Field (Patton Middle School)

Payment for registration will be collected at tryouts. We will take personal checks or Venmo. If a player isn't placed on a team, their registration will be  refunded to them. Please make personal checks and money orders payable to: McMinnville Junior Baseball Organization.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

Once a participant is officially rostered on a team, they are expected to fulfill the commitment for the duration of the season.

• If a participant withdraws or quits after being rostered but before practices begin, the organization will retain $75 of the registration fee to cover administrative costs.
   

• If a participant withdraws or quits at any point after practices have started, no portion of the registration fee will be reimbursed*.
   

*Exceptions may be considered, subject to MJBO Board approval.
