Junior Baseball Organization, Inc requires that, prior to participating in any “JBO Inc.” sanctioned event, MJBO Coaches must complete and adhere to the JBO Code of Conduct. Junior Baseball is devoted to creating an environment where coaches, parents, fans, umpires, and athletes work together to accomplish our mission.

Additionally, Junior Baseball Organization, Inc. requires that, prior to participating in any “JBO Inc.” sanctioned event, all adults, those persons in anyway assisting, volunteering, and in direct contact with the players, including but not limited to coaches, assistant coaches, umpires or similar positions, must pass a comprehensive criminal background screening. This screening will determine any previous convictions involving the use, possession, or sale of a controlled substance within the last 10 years; a crime involving the use, or threatened use, of violence, or a crime involving a minor child at any time.

MJBO conducts all coach background checks through McMinnville School District.
