UPDATEs from the Near North School Board as follows,

Nothing new to report ....... have a most excellent day!

Please note that moving forward the protocol is that community use activities will be automatically cancelled should school buses be cancelled that day. This actually has been the rule in the past but I don't know that it has actually been enforced consistently so we are working towards getting back to that practice. I know that people are often wondering what will happen on inclement weather days so this should help keep everyone on the same page without needing a specific message on the day of.

Welcome NLVL - Ladies Recreational Volleyball Club Members

We have a  balanced schedule this year!

START Time is 6:00pm

          6:00pm - First Game: both teams are responsible for set-up of the equipment

          8:30pm - Last Game: both teams are responsible for take-down of the equipment

Four (4) GAMEs per night - Start times are as follows:

6:00pm, 6:50, 7:40, and 8:30pm

IT IS IMPERATIVE that DEFAULTS be communicated to all the team captains (make a group distribution list). By now, everyone should have the addresses of all the team contacts in the league this year.

Please advise the GROUP of any cancellations. I DO NOT notify the teams directly, that is the team captain's responsibility.

Captains - please ensure to EMAIL ([email protected]) and the GROUP) DONT FORGET TO *****CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE *****  AND TEXT message/call (705-493-1222) me if there will be any DEFAULTS.

******Children under 9 years must be supervised by an adult, when attending any games.
