Bruce has coached, managed and scouted various levels of hockey over the last 25 years.

Bruce brings a wealth of experience to our club. He has coached 14 years in MJHL, 13 as a Head Coach with 348 career wins, 2 divisional titles & 1 league championship.

He has been named to four all star games and twice been coach of the year.

As well Bruce was an assistant with Team Western U17's and Team Manitoba U17's Head Coach.

Bruce lives in the community and has served on the Railer Express board as the director of hockey operations for the past three seasons.
