Ashley started out as a Athletic Trainer with the Eastman Selects Provincial AAA Midget team and after 3 years moved on to the MJHL to spend two seasons with the Winnipeg Saints.

She has been a trainer in the MMJHL for the past 8 seasons with various teams.

Ashley has a Kinesiology Degree from the University of Winnipeg and is the Executive Assistant at Hockey Manitoba. Ashley grew up in Lac du Bonnet and now lives in Transcona with her dog Neely.
