Welcome to the Scheib O'Hara Scheib football camp registration form. The cost of the 3 week camp is $150. To take advantage of the early bird pricing special, you must be registered for camp before April 1st, 2026, after April 1st the cost of the camp will increase to $160. We also are offering, single session rates of $55 per session, which must be paid at the location of the session you attend. **If you have paid for the entire camp and you are a current Junior ('27 Grad) or Sophomore ('28 Grad), the May 31st College Showcase is included in the cost of the camp.

Insurance Acknowledgement:
Participant attending the Scheib O'Hara Scheib Football Camp has primary medical insurance in place through their family insurance.

Waiver and Release:
I do hereby waive and release and discharge Scheib O’Hara Scheib Football Camp and respective staffs and employees from any and all rights and claims for damage resulting from injuries to my person or property which may be sustained or suffered by me in conjunction with my association with, or participation in, or arising out of my traveling to or from Scheib O’Hara Scheib (SOS) Football Camp. We the parents or guardians agree to the above waiver and release.

Photographic Release:
I do hereby grant Scheib O’Hara Scheib (SOS) Football Camp and to its employees the right to photograph my dependent and use the photo and or other digital reproduction of him or other reproduction of his physical likeness for publication purposes, whether electronic, print, digital, or electronic publishing via the internet.
