This registration form is for Field Of Dreams - St Johns, also referred to as FOD, Recreational Baseball League for children who have mental or physical special needs and are at least in Kindergarten. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions.

You may complete the online registration form to secure your child's 2026 spring slot. Opening day will be on January 31, 2026. 

 

Please register by Friday November 28, 2025 to guarantee a uniform on opening day.

Field of Dreams is a not-for-profit organization and a proud member of Creeks Athletic Association. Donations are used to purchase uniforms and pay for other league expenses such as field and facility improvements to ensure the continued success of our program. We are making every effort to keep our costs down so our program is affordable for everyone thanks to our team and league sponsors and our many wonderful and  dedicated volunteers. 

Although all things are free at Field of Dreams, donations are being accepted this year to help cover a portion of the cost for each player. The full cost to field a player, which includes a team hat, baseball pants, team shirt, socks, belt, insurance, and trophies is approximately $107.00 per player. While this is not required, if you are able to help defray any of this cost please feel free to donate.

While Field of Dreams does not charge a registration fee, monetary donations towards players' uniforms are accepted.
