How can I track my attendance online?

HomeTeamsONLINE provides a built in tool for teams and leagues to track game and event/practice attendance. Simply enter or import your schedule information and view the schedule on your website. If you click any future game or event there will be an option to enter attendance. Players can enter their email and password to login and set their attendance, and coaches can login to manage attendance for their team.

Customize Attendance in the Options on the Roster Page. You can set notification options and even allow players to sub for absent players as well.

What are the benefits of tracking attendance online?

Tracking attendance online allows coaches and staff to know before a game when a player will be absent and who to expect will be attending. You can also track attendance for special events and practices as well.

How can players update their attendance?

Each player has an email and password set by the administrators in the Roster. Players may also have their own login to update and manage their own info such as emergency contact info and communication preferences. When viewing any future game on the public schedule, players can login to list if they will or will not be attending.

Is it difficult to track attendance?

Managing attendance couldn't be easier. All you have to do is add/import your schedule and roster and then view your schedule on the public Schedule Page of your website.
