Managing People couldn't be easier. Login to your HomeTeamsONLINE site on a computer or mobile device, then:

• Go to People > Coaches and Staff to start entering the coaches and staff of your site, as well as anyone you want to be able to access and update your HTO account
• Go to People > Roster to start adding your players

After adding your people, People > Message Center can be used to quickly communicate with everyone.

People > People Overview organizes all the people in your site by the different features and groups they are associated with. In addition to Players & Staff, this incudes Registrants, Contact Lists and More
 

Another great feature is that each person in your program can create their own account. This allows them to login in order to enter their own information, as well as keep their information up to date, such as emergency contact info and communication preferences.

Under People > Import People, you can quickly import Players, Coaches, Staff or even Mailing Lists for communication. All you need is a standard CSV spreadsheet with all the people you wish to add.

Players can be viewed online on the Roster Page, while your Coaches & Staff can be seen on the Coaches Page (you can pick and choose who is visible, and what information is visible to view online.)
